Evan Hirsh, CPFA®, AIF®, NQPC®

Evan Hirsh is the Director of Sales – Retirement Plans at MPW Retirement. He partners with plan sponsors to define success for their retirement plan, align plan design with their organizational goals, and implement cost-effective, results-driven strategies.

With over 18 years in the financial services industry, Evan has consulted on hundreds of retirement plans and takes pride in knowing his work has helped tens of thousands of participants prepare for and achieve their ideal retirement.

Evan holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He maintains his Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, along with life, accident, and health insurance licenses. As part of his ongoing professional development, he has earned the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and Non-Qualified Plan Consultant (NQPC) designations. He was also recognized by the National Association of Plan Advisors as a Top Retirement Plan Advisor Under 40.

I help businesses and non‑profits design, implement, and manage employer‑sponsored retirement plans that are both compliant and cost‑effective. My focus is on creating plans that align with organizational goals while supporting the long‑term financial well‑being of employees. By taking a strategic and consultative approach, I ensure each plan is structured to meet the unique needs of the workforce it serves.

A core part of my work involves guiding plan sponsors through fiduciary responsibilities and regulatory requirements. I provide clarity around governance, help maintain proper documentation, and support ongoing compliance with ERISA and IRS rules. This reduces risk for employers and ensures their plans operate smoothly and responsibly.

I also offer investment advisory services, helping organizations build and maintain a prudent, diversified investment lineup. Through ongoing monitoring, benchmarking, and performance reviews, I ensure that investment options remain aligned with the plan’s objectives and participants’ needs. My role includes supporting vendor management as well, from evaluating service providers to negotiating fees and resolving operational issues.

To strengthen employee engagement, I provide education that helps participants understand their retirement benefits and make informed decisions. Whether through group sessions or individualized support, my goal is to improve participation, encourage healthy savings habits, and enhance overall retirement readiness across the organization.
